How We Got Here
Gruppo, Levey and Co. was founded in 1992 by experienced industry executives, to provide independent financial advisory services to business owners, financial sponsors and management teams in the $1.5 trillion direct marketing industry. Over the years, the firm has continued to evolve to address changing market conditions and technology.
GLC recently broadened its coverage in disruptive technologies that affect both of its core sectors. One of our unwavering perspectives in transaction development is that technology creates a huge opportunity for our clients to monetize the intrinsic value of their distribution channels, content and data, and helps leverage existing and new infrastructure. We believe our integrated approach to incumbent and new business models, based on 20 years of advice to companies as their industries have changed with the introduction of technology, makes us better able to assist both traditional and 21st century businesses.
Recognizing the importance of financing and the value-added sponsorship and strategic vision that experienced investors bring to companies, we have increased our commitment to the investor community. We work closely with venture capital, private equity and institutional debt providers to help them identify new opportunities and to grow or find partners for their existing portfolio companies in ways that maximize value.
